Happy New Year to all and hope you enjoyed Christmas with family while our thoughts have been with those who were unable to travel.
2021 for Tiny Homes Perth allowed to continue our vision of providing Affordable Dreams and to keep all things simple, moving into new premises gave us the further space to provide the Bespoke design build service of all our Tiny Homes.
While 2022 will start well we have an increasing order book while we have another four underway at various stages inclusive of a new display Tiny Home.
While we shall continue to build our team and take on additional builds it is important to provide an individual service to our clients providing an individual Bespoke Tiny Home.
Technical
At Tiny Homes Perth we provide an individual design service, we ask the following of our clients to start the initial concept.
- Provide a simple picture story board (Cut and paste from the web into a word Doc)
- Kitchen shots
- Bathroom shots
- Living shots
- Discuss the intended use and location of the Tiny Home
- Understanding the want and needs of the individual
From this information we can provide an initial concept, through further discussions we work up the design. From the initial design an estimate can be given although a pre-budget can be given before the design process.
Build of the month
We have fun building all our Tiny Homes, this one had its own story before we commenced, our client had lost her house in last year’s Perth hills fires, a perfect storm our client lost everything.
Designing the Tiny Home was based on being able to not live but spend some time on the property, while we provided a well-balanced design our client’s one request was a bathtub with a view, while a larger view to the main bed area via a double-glazed window, hope you enjoy the below photos, Simon.
